On behalf of may name, and the name of all my fellow grateful Jubbaland Diaspora Forum members, I am happy to anounce my official endorsement of H.E. Mohamed Abdulahi Farmajo for Somali president 2012.
I am proud to endorse Mr. Farmajo, because he possesses the quality of unique leadership, honest, perseverance and qualifications than the past Somali leaders.
Unlike other infamous Somali politicians, Mr. Farmajo believes a two way mutual friendship policy toward Somali’s neghboring countries and all other International Community who concerns Somali affairs as well.
In one good example of how Mr. Farmajo wants to deal with the Somali’s neighboring countries, after he was only one Month in office, he flew to Kenya and Ethiopia to attend a Federalism Conference which was held in Addis Ababa.
However, the phenominon was, when the AU’s head of governments in the conference asked “if he wants assistance to help the suffering Somali people”, then his answer was a unique and quote “If you are in a situation that your house caught on fire, first it’s your responsibility to distinguish the fire and then ask someone’s help if needed!.”
Farmajo’s response to the regional geopolitical gatherings was an appropriate with a preserved pride of Somali patriotism.
Eventually, since Mr. Farmajo is a charismatic leader with good reputation, and the new Somali MP’s are better than their predecessors in many ways, I hope he’ll win the next Somali president by a landslide victory.
