Jawhar became mecca of
Somali conflicts and Colonel Abdullahi is the center of it!!!!!!!

The city of Jawhar became the mecca of Somali
conflicts. Colonel Abdullaahi Yusuf Ahmed, the president, and the
veterinaran Ali Mohamed Gheddi, the prime minister, very recently
relocated to the city of Jawhar where more than half the members of
parliament oppose this city to become resident for the government.
Despite this opposition, the international communities overwhelmingly
send delegations to Jawhar. These organizations meet members of the
government, who support the Colonel's cause, behind closed doors,
disregarding the other side of the barrel.
The donor agencies, the representatives of the donor
nations and all other concerned delegations, by visiting this city,
either directly or indirectly contribute the differences to be wider.
The president and his followers in Jawhar receive members of
international communities with welcoming smile. After each meeting,
press conferences are held and success and mutual understanding speeches
are delivered. While all these activities are going on, in and around
Jawhar, Colonel Abdullahi's plan to put his clan on top of others is
being exercised in other parts of the country. He pursues army building
in Beledweyne, Hiiraan, and Huddur, Bakool, and acquires weapon from
Yemen and Ethiopia.
Whether Colonel Abdullaahi was democratically elected
or not, his mind is absolutism and he will extend his muscles as far as
he can reach. The only language he communicates with is force. His
government was never built to serve the public. Had he been for the
public, he would have to gone to Somali populated cities. The head of
this government had blood on his hand and he never gets enough of it.
The crisis in Puntland was created by the Colonel simply by diverting
Puntland budget to his briefcase. The people responsible for the
security in Puntland did not receive salaries since the Colonel's
comeback from Yemen.
The colonel wanted one thing in his life, and that is
to become a president. He called himself a president in Puntland long
before Nairobi. When he got what he wanted, he wasn't prepared for it.
He should have resigned the end of the so called election day when the
announcement was read. He should have resigned when those comments about
Abdiqasim was made public. He should have resigned when so many brutal
acts of his past was discovered. He should stop being arrogant and bear
some responsibility.
Absolutism and democracy can not work side by side.
The parliament passes/rejects motions by majority. Job descriptions for
each portfolio is respected. The Colonel can not play double standard
here and claim he is the outcome of democracy but for some reason
absolutism became indispensable. The colonel should use common sense and
use either system: Absolutism or Democracy.
